Formerly the Maid Of The Mist the Hornblower is a boat that takes you right up to the waterfalls and lets you take in the view from the bottom. The ride last about 15-20 minutes and you do get wet from the mist but they do hand out ponchos before you board the boat. The cruise runs all day long and there are many different slot times to choose from. There are lots of wineries around Niagara-On-The-lake including Jackson Triggs, Peller Estates, Pondview, Henry Of Pelham, Ravine Vineyard, and many many more. The most popular wineries are Wayne Gretzky and Trius.
Wayne Gretzky has a great atmosphere. During the winters they have an outdoor skating rink where to can rent skates and enjoy wine on their heated patio. In the summer they have a whole restaurant area by a pond where you can enjoy food and drinks and on the other side of the little pond, they have a Beer Garden where you can enjoy more snacks and drinks. There is also a bocce ball court, pool table, and cornhole area to keep you entertained.
Trius is right next to Wayne Gretzky and it also has a great restaurant and outdoor bar area with great views. Trius is known for being the most picturesque winery with flower walls and many other things for you to take pictures with.

There are so many great places to stay when in Niagara Falls Canada. The most popular place is the Sheraton Fallsview Hotel. This hotel is located right at the bottom of Clifton Hill, and has the best views of the falls and is also a great place to watch the fireworks show at night.
Another great hotel to stay at is the Hilton Niagara Falls/ Fallsview Hotel and Suites. This hotel is located on the Fallsview side of the tourist area and is located directly across from the Fallsview Casino. The Hilton Hotel has some restaurants like Brasa Brazilian Steakhouse and Corso Italian Eatery inside which are very popular, and also has Spice Lounge where they are known for their amazing drinks.
Niagara Falls Marriott Fallsview Hotel & Spa is another great hotel to stay at. It is in a central location and has great views of the falls as well.
If you are traveling with kids the Great Wolf Lodge Waterpark Resort is definitely the best place to stay. When you buy rooms here you get automatic admission into the waterpark. The waterpark is great for all ages and has so many things to do. There is a mini golf course and a beautiful spa as well. It is also just a short ride to the tourist area and Clifton Hill.
A great luxury hotel to stay at while in Niagara Falls is Sterling Inn & Spa. This luxury hotel is amazing. They offer breakfast in bed, they have the AG restaurant located on the bottom floor and the food and drinks here are amazing. The rooms have beautiful jacuzzi tubs, some rooms have a seating area and a fireplace. It is also walking distance to the falls and Clifton Hill.
