When you apply powder it is best to lightly dab it on first with a big fluffy powder brush just to make sure the foundation and concealer don’t move. Once you have the first layer on then it is ok to use a swiping motion to apply another layer. Next is some color.
Once your face makeup is set it is time to add some color and definition, first with bronzer. This luminous bronzer is one of my favorites. Now, where do I apply bronzer? For beginners, it is easiest to apply bronzer in a 3 formation: on your forehead, all the way down your hairline to your cheekbones, and then to your jawline. I apply bronzer with an angled bronzer brush and once I have applied it I go over it without any new product on my brush and just go in circular motions to blend it all out to avoid any harsh lines.
This hydrating primer-infused blush is perfect for an everyday makeup look. Buxom Blush offers 6 amazing shades that stay on all day and are very buildable and blendable. This is a powder blush that turns silky once applied to the face so it looks very natural.
To apply blush use medium size blush brush. The best way to apply blush is to smile and apply it to the apples of your cheek, smiling is the best way to see where the apples of your cheeks are. Go in with a light hand because you don’t want to use too much blush, if you need more go over it again. Less is always more when it comes to blush.

For a smokey eye look apply a darker eyeshadow to the crease of your eyelid and to the outer corner of your eye with a rounded eyeshadow brush. If you just want to apply one color, use a flat brush and apply it to your entire eyelid making sure you don’t go beyond the crease so your eye still has a definition, applying your eyeshadow too high doesn’t look natural.
